The assets is as marketed - nothing extravagant to the house but great location within the beach. No, the house is not really full from the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of space for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not many decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or ruin.
